Tuna & Green Bean Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

Salads for dinner don’t have to be simple.  This Tuna & Green Bean Salad is lovely when then green beans are in season.  Add some white beans for a creamy texture to mix with the fresh basil in the tangy dressing.  Comes together quickly for a weeknight meal that everyone will enjoy.

Note:  I pan sear fresh tuna for this salad, but you could also use canned.
